West Sacramento Dog Found in Florida

In October 2009 a gardener left a gate open and that was the last the family saw of Cooper until he was found last week by two people in Brandon, Fla. The good samaritans took the dog to Care Animal Hospital where veterinary clinic staff scanned the dog and found a microchip under the pooch's skin.
